Parag Chaphekar
Armed with 15 years of Marketing experience ranging from Media to Business Consulting, Parag Chaphekar was bitten by the entrepreneurship bug from a very early age. He finally mustered up the courage to take the entrepreneur’s plunge after corporate boredom set in.
Experimenting with new cuisines, dishes and putting his palate to full use has been a prime avocation over the years. So, entering the food business and creating an organisation on the lines of Icestasy Projects was pre-destined.
An avid reader on food, business, philosophy, psychology and anthropology, Parag continually looks to distil his learning from diverse disciplines into Icestasy.
Sanmish Marathe
Coming from a family of Hospitality professionals, Hotel Management was a natural course of professional progression for Sanmish Marathe.
He worked on international cruise ships and in exotic destinations for close to a decade and then returned to Mumbai to become an entrepreneur. With him at your table, food, flavours and the best restaurants to find these are a moot topic.
His years in hospitality have at his advantage a massive network of food professionals that form his base for new trends, flavours and client leads.


Sanmish Marathe

He is characterised as much by meticulousness as by his super palate for flavours. Prafulla is an invaluable cog in the wheel, be it for flavour development, setting SOPs, or for real-time production.
